I've been with Bank of America for 6 years! My part of this relationship had so many DOWNS and never an up moment. Being as stubborn as I was then, I never switched banks even when my account was tampered with twice by their employees. Recently, after my fathers pleas, I decided to open a checking account with another bank in which I am currently giving my sisters access to. He told me to shut down BofA, but I refused. I am now stubborn as ever to leave BofA. Well, I now finally have my one UP moment with BofA and I know that there will be more to come.

My down moment for this Friday: 12 killed in NY shooting at the ACA building. I'm waiting for more updates from CNN.

It's nice when friends have pets. Gives you better reasons to hang out with them. Or in my case, chill with their pets. So yes, it's kinda like that.

That's a text message I got from someone today. Didn't I already tell that idiot to stop texting me? WTF?! Mermaid, attack him!

So I asked if he was registered to vote since he isn't exactly from this country, since I wouldn't know if he able to vote. He says he registered when he joined the US Army. So I called him because I'm out of my text messages....

"Well then! You should make use of your idled time and VOTE!" says Violet happily.
"Bwahhah!! Are you kidding me? Obama is going to win anyway. I have better things to do right now than vote." says Dumassk
"... what the f*ck?" replies a confused Violet.

"You just said you were bored and have nothing to do which is why I suggested you go vote." Violet says in a clear firm voice. This guy has a tendency to twist my words around when I don't speak firmly, which is why I say: Mermaid! Attack!!
"Babe." says Damassk while a bewildered Violet starts freaking out over his casual use of the word babe. "I'm not going to vote because that is not my thing."

I know him well enough to say that he isn't kidding. I'll tell him I can't be his friend any longer than it has been going on. I'll tell him later since it's something that takes time... and I dont know how he'll react. Yes, he is one of those people...

Twas a crazy weekend. I have never done that before. Partying for 3 nights straight. I'm the lazy kind of person who can only tolerate 1 night of partying for every two or three weeks. But it's a once in a year kind of thing, so I sucked it up. I WISHED i had taken pictures of the superhero themed party... Urghh..... i really regret not doing that. But it was the third night of partying and i was already pooped.

This was before we went to Cabana club on Thursday, which sucked because WE were the only ones dressed to the max and it was all old crusty men in loafers, ironed pants, and shirts from tommy bahamas with slicked back hair. can you say, gross??? No pictures of the club because I forgot my camera in the car.

Friday the major party day. I first took my little sisters and cousins out for tricks and treats, then I went to a birthday dinner. After the dinner, Mermaid and I headed over to Natomas for my friend's boyfriend's best friend party. haha wow, that was hard to say. the party was fun because we talked to a lot of cool friendly people. although, the only activity to do there were beer pong and mingling with other people. No dancing... So Mermaid and I danced by ourselves until two head bangers came up and started head banging around us. hahah!

Then after that party, we hit up my brother's party which was SO much better and it was good that it was the last party of the night for me. There were loud music, people drinking like heck, STRIPPER POLE, and crazy dancing. It was fun to let loose after a sort of hellish week of midterms. It was crazy because the cops showed up and ended the party at 3am.

Saturday, rolled around and I was starting to feel more sick than I was on Thursday (I woke up with a nasty headache and my body was aching, must have been the weather and all those filthy midterms). But Saturday was the party with the Superhero theme. I dressed up as Misty so I could fit in with Ash Ketchum and Brock crew. I wish I had taken pictures of that night since that way I'd have all the events i attended documented with pictures! I regret not taking any pictures of the party. What sucked even more is that no one knew who I was unless I talked to Ash. geez.

But the party on Saturday was fun! No dancing for me, instead I played RockBand drunk. The guitar is hard to hold when you're drunk... That party was crazy since i was in the Host's bedroom talking to my brother's roommate when we both heard two people making out and then they started going at it like rabbits so we bolted out. I told Ash that some guy and some chick were doing it on his bed and he freaked out. Too bad his door was locked! XD he begged them to take care of their business on the bedroom floor. haha some party!

Oh wait! Here's a picture Mermaid took in my Misty costume. It gave me a wedgie. haha and I found a picture of Ash Ketchum from Friday who also attended Sunny's party.

I'm tired out from this weekend.... But it's 2:00am and I can't sleep. My sleeping schedule is off...

the seller wants to credit back my account $15.

i shouldn't have stayed out so late last night. but how could i say no to furry little critters?? i need some pets i can cuddle and snuggle with. i wish i could have both kittens and puppies. urgh.. stupid allergies, if i choose to have either one of those, it'll only be small dogs. no siberian husky or kitties in my future. my lungs aren't working right today.

I am frustrated with the lack of communication with a seller on ebay. I purchased a brand new battery for my powerbook g4. The seller stated in their ad that the battery lasts 5 hours. I paid $80 for the miracle battery and shipping was free. Once I received the new battery, out of giddyness, I decided to test the battery to see if it may last longer than 5 hours. To my disappointment, the battery lasted for exactly 3 hours. I figured that since it's still new, I have to give it a few charging sessions before it would perform at it's full capability. Sadly, after charging and uncharging the battery for about 3 cycles in a row, the battery still lasted for 3 hours.

I emailed the seller asking if I had received one of their regular replacement battery by mistake instead of the superior 5 hour replacement battery. She replied back giving me instructions on how to cycle the battery for it to last exactly 5 hours and that I would need to do that for 7 cycles.

Excited, once again, I tried the cycling process. This time I've done it more than a dozen times within a week. No changes. Disappointed, I emailed the seller again. Waited for 3 full business days with no reply. So I sent another, waiting about 4 days. No reply.

Since I'm disappointed with this seller, I feel cheated out of $80. I filed a dispute a few days ago. Today, I received a message from the seller.

She told me the battery "could" last up to 5 hours. Really now? Well, why didn't you mention that on your ebay ad or the email you sent on instructing me how to "cycle" the battery in order for it to fully last 5 hours? Obviously, you're full of shit. I felt like a dumbass cycling the battery over and over again while taking note of the charging times. Wasted my damn time.

Even more shit, she offered to credit back my paypal account $8 because I'm stupid enough to not know that it "could" last up to 5 hours. -___-;

Urgh.

*Edit* She also mentioned that she sent me several replies through ebay but it must have been "lost in the mail."
I need a break from life. This is just another one of those little tipping points that's really going to make me go crazy. Literally.

I'm starting to feel bad for for Dick... The the House oversight and gov't reform committee are really brutal in asking him questions and reminding him that he's testifying under oath. Why must I feel bad for criminals?? ok.. criminals is a bit harsh of a word to use. I'll call him by his real name, Dick. Goodness, they sure are grilling him!
